Reunion Tower, one of Dallas’ most iconic landmarks, reopened its observation deck and restaurant to the public on Friday, September 1, 2017. The Reunion Tower restaurant, called Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck, offers 360-degree views of the cityscape, making it the perfect place to dine while taking in the sights of Dallas.<\/p>\n

How much is it to eat at the Reunion Tower? <\/h2>\n

We have two great restaurants for you to choose from – Cloud Nine Cafe and 560 by Wolfgang Puck.<\/p>\n

Cloud Nine Cafe is a casual dining restaurant that offers food at affordable prices – between $5 and $11. They also offer light snacks and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n

560 by Wolfgang Puck is a fine dining restaurant that offers Asian-inspired cuisine. It is reservation only and has a dress code.<\/p>\n

What kind of food does the Reunion Tower have <\/h3>\n

The new restaurant at the top of the tower will have a menu that includes sushi, a chilled seafood display, and a dessert bar. A weighty wine list and special cocktail menu are expected, according to a press release. The restaurant will also have an event space on the 17th floor of the tower for receptions for up to 175 seated guests or 250 standing guests.<\/p>\n

We’re excited to learn that Crown Block (from Las Vegas-based restaurant group Blau + Associates) will be opening in spring 2023! The rare steaks and fine seafood restaurant will be a new addition to Dallas’ dining scene, and we’re looking forward to trying it out. Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla, the husband-wife business partners behind the restaurant, are both James Beard Award nominees, so we know we’re in for a treat.<\/p>\n

Is there a dress code for Reunion Tower? <\/h2>\n

There is no dress code required to enter Reunion Tower! It gets hot here in Dallas, so dress comfortably. Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck, the restaurant previously inside Reunion Tower, had a dress code, but closed in April 2020.<\/p>\n

I think $399 a person is a little high, but it’s still cheaper than a seat on Virgin Galactic. I would be interested in this if the price came down a bit.<\/p>\n

This is great news for food lovers in Dallas! Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips and Street Fish are coming to town, and they’re expected to open sometime in late 2022 or 2023. CEO Norman Abdallah is planning to oversee 75 company-restaurants in the next five years, so this is definitely something to look forward to!<\/p>\n

What will replace five sixty in Dallas <\/h3>\n

The restaurant, called Crown Block, will replace Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck, which operated atop Reunion Tower for 11 years before being forced to close for pandemic-related reasons in 2020. Crown Block is set to open in early 2021, and will offer stunning views of the Dallas skyline from its location on the 56th floor of Reunion Tower. The menu will feature a mix of seafood, steak, and other hearty fare, and the restaurant will have a full bar.<\/p>\n

The most notable Reunionese dishes are carri (a Reunionese curry), sausage rougail (a tomato-based sausage dish), and massalé (a Reunionese masala dish). Reunionese cuisine also features a number of fried dishes, which are typically enjoyed as an appetizer or dessert.
