I was really sad when Elite Cafe closed, but I’m really happy that Chip and Joanna Gaines bought it and turned it into Magnolia Table. I love that they kept some of the original features of the restaurant and that they donated the money from the auction to Mission Waco’s Jubilee Food Market.<\/p>\n

The popular tourist destination in downtown Waco, Texas was closed in March due to the coronavirus outbreak. According to a statement on the company website, the market will reopen on Monday, June 1, along with Magnolia Table, Chip and Jo’s nearby restaurant.<\/p>\n
